It means that the directory in which you are working
does not have the file 'process_mdout.perl'.
First ensure that the directory in which you are
working must have the required file on which you are
applying commands.
you can check your current directory by typing
pwd
you can check it all files in the directory by typing
ls
then it will display all the files in the current
directory. if you find that required
file(process_mdout.perl) is not there then change your
path by typing
cd directory name OR
cd ..
