Dear Amber Users,
I need to perform replica exchange MD but know little to nothing about it. I
use AMBER 8 and, after looking in the manual, I realize I have to download
some files to the amberhome directory to perform REMD. However, can anyone
suggest a tutorial that uses this MD method so I can get a better idea of
how I can employ it for my own uses?
