Re: AMBER: process_mdout.perl's output is empty

Dear Prashanth,

     As far as I know, process_mdout.perl does not work on outputs
from the
energy minimization process. I have to use grep and other tools.
But probably awk scripts are the best.
Please check the list for previous postings on this matter.
