Hi Hayden,

   Thank you for pointing this out. It was a while ago that I solved
this 64bit machine problem in compiling amber8 using
l_fce_pc_8.1.029.tar.gz. I got the compiler right. I was able to
compile tleap at that time. Only Xleap could not be compiled. Since
tleap is as good as Xleap, I did not continue to solve the Xleap
compilation. If you have the Makefile that can force 32-bit compilation
for Xleap, I can try compiling Xleap with it.

For leap you have to force a 32-bit compile in order for it to be error
free (but first make sure you have the right compiler!!!), you will get
pointer errors if you try compiling in 64bit mode...I'm at home now but
will send you the appropriate makefile tomorrow - if you can't wait for
that, it's lurking somewhere in a previous mail listing, maybe try the
mighty google!!
