Somebody has encountered before, though I don't know why it happens,
the solution is easy:

1. open file xxx/amber9/src/leap/src/Xraw/ScrolledTable.c

2. around line 1154, find the following code:

#if NeedFunctionPrototypes
XawScrolledTableSetLocation (Widget gw,
#if NeedWidePrototypes
                        double xoff, double yoff)
                        float xoff, float yoff)
XawScrolledTableSetLocation (gw, xoff, yoff)
    Widget gw;
    float xoff,yoff;

change it into

void XawScrolledTableSetLocation(Widget gw, double xoff, double yoff )

then re-compile

should solve your problem, if it doesn't, let me know.

Good Luck!
