Hi all,
I have been trying to compile amber9 on SGI_ALTIX (64 bit, compiler ifort,
SCS library)
%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%
altix amber9/src> ./configure ifort_ia64
AMBERHOME is set to /altix_home/scratch/mbumravi/amber9
Setting up Amber configuration file for architecture: ifort_ia64
Using parallel communications library: none
Using LAPACK and BLAS from SCSL.
The configuration file, config.h, was successfully created.
%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%
'make serial' gives the following error after a while. I have also
attached config.h. It seems to be a library linking error. Could someone
please point the way out?
Thanks a lot.
Regards,
Arvind.
