Roughly: (Real + MaxRstack)*8 + (Hollerith + Integer + MaxIstack +
MaxPairs)*4.
It is more accurate to use the "highest rstack allocated" and "highest istack
allocated" values (printed at the end of the output) instead of Max Rstack
and Max Istack.
