AMBER: prep files for L-sugar residues

Dear Amber users,

I need prep files for L-sugar residues. When I check glycam04.in, I
found only D-sugar residues (1GA, 2MA, ...). But according to AMBER8
manual, the L-sugar residues (G1A, M2A, ...) should also be available in
glycam04.in. Does anyone know why there are no L-sugar residues in the
file? Where can I find the prep files?
