I am trying to figure out how to calculate the thermal fluctuation from
the output of nmode module.
Can somebody tell me what is the variable "tkbc2" in file
$AMBERHOME/src/nmode/rmsf.f ?
Line 43 --> line 48 in $AMBERHOME/src/nmode/rmsf.f

tkbc2 = 0.46105e-34
avo = 6.023e23
cnst = tkbc2*avo
cmtoa = 1.000e08
twopi = 6.2832
cont = cmtoa/twopi*
