Hi everybody,
I am working in the Grid computing,
Bioinformatics area. I want to compile AMBER with
MPICH-G2 libraries.
While searching for that, i got the follwing in your
mail archieve.

Now, i decided to run the same AMBER on p3 and
p4(Linux-based) systems with MPICH-G2. Can any body
plz provide me information regarding the compilation
on AMBER with MPICH-G2.
I would like to know, which files(Makefiles) i
need to chagne, in order to compile with MPICH-G2
libraries.
Can anybody plz help me in this regard,
