Hello,
I was installing AMBER7 on my laptop (AMD athlon 3400 64 bit running on fedora
core 3 for 64 bit) and the installation worked fine except for leap. I got
the following error message:
/usr/bin/ld: skipping incompatible /usr/X11R6/lib/libXmu.so when searching for
-lXmu
/usr/bin/ld: skipping incompatible /usr/X11R6/lib/libXmu.a when searching for
-lXmu
/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lXmu
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make[3]: *** [xaLeap] Error 1

make[2]: *** [all] Error 2
make[2]: Leaving directory `/home/amber7/src/leap'
make[1]: *** [World] Error 2
make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/amber7/src/leap'
make: *** [install] Error 2
I didn't find a solution yet, but I was thinking that this might be a 64-bit
related problem. Has anyone ever encountered a similar problem and how did
they solve the problem?
Thanks
