Dear all,
I am having problem with Hbond analysis using ptraj,
it gives me this error:
ERROR in safe_malloc: Error in alloc of 1247599744
bytes
I search in google and found out that Fabian ( from
amber archive) wrote something like this,
"i solved the problem by modifying the safe_malloc
routine in /src/ptraj/utility.c:
- safe_malloc(int size)
+ safe_malloc(size_t size) "
But i am not sure how to modified it, please give me
some idea to solve my problem.
