Dear prof, Bill Ross
Here I would like to inquire about using xmgrce as
prescribed in Amber Workshop Tutorial 8.
There you have mentioned about dihedral cleanup with
xmgrace to view the output and you too have given some
coding to type on the --- transformations: evaluate
expression box, but when i try it shows error message.
Can your good self explain a bit detail how to do the
diheadral clean up and how would be the equation like.
