It is possible to visualize the nmode vector output file in conjunction
with VMD (
http://www.ks.uiuc.edu/Research/vmd/ ) using a tool called
IED (
http://mccammon.ucsd.edu/ied/ ).
IED is generally used to carry out PCA ( principle component analysis )
visualization , but can be used for nmode output. One has to generate
a pdb of the system you are examining as well as the nmode vector
output. Leave the "Projections files" box empty and it should work fine.
