Dear amber users,
Using pdb file I have created a prepin file using
antechamber for my carbohydrate residue (
thio-glucoside ).
Now I want to generate frcmod for my residue.
Can anyone help me by giving the command how to
generate frcmod file for my carbohydrate residue?
