Dear Amber users,
I have successfully installed and compiled Amber 8 on a AMD opteron systems using Portland Group compilers(32 cpus,64 bit).But i do not know how to submit a sander job? For i am not familiar with a parallel machine at all, could anyone give me a parallel job scipt? and a whole process for creating it? Thanks a lot !
