I did my homework on checking similar problems with setting LD_LIBRARY_PATH
to /opt/intel/compiler80/ or the like but I still cannot PASS the complete test suite after a "make test" run.
I doubt is the LD_LIBRARY_PATH variable because of the error...
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
cd antechamber/tp; ./Run.tp
/tmp/cordoval_code/amber8/test/antechamber/tp
Running: /tmp/cordoval_code/amber8/exe/bondtype -i ANTECHAMBER_BOND_TYPE.AC0 -o ANTECHAMBER_BOND_TYPE.AC -f ac -j full
/tmp/cordoval_code/amber8/exe/bondtype: error while loading shared libraries: libstdc++.so.6: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
Cannot open file ANTECHAMBER_BOND_TYPE.AC, exit
Cannot open file tp.prepin, exit
./Run.tp: Program error
make: *** [test.antechamber] Error 1

Any hints? what kind of test is this and what things involve?
The platform is xeon and ifort and nopar so I configured/install amber8 and pmemd with the tarball on the amber website released recently on March. I still have the same problem once I run the tests.
Many many thanks,
Luis
