Program-6 as distributed is hopelessly broken. Maybe Tom Macke can resurrect
the real code from some ancient directory(?). If so, we should try to get all
of the examples actually working for the next release.
For now, you should just use it as a "in-principle" description of how
such programs could be assembled.
