AMBER: expected error in mean (Amber 8 TI tutorial)

Hi, the expected error in the mean is given as 0.081*sqrt[0.1/50] at
the end of the charge perturbation in vacuum. Shouldn't it be
0.081*sqrt[0.1/100] since the length-of-simulation is 100ps.
