When I remove the TER between the two ligand residues xleap crashes giving the
message:
 
!FATAL ERROR----------------------------------------
!FATAL: In file [chirality.c], line 116
!FATAL: Message: No C2 in aaOrig list
!
!ABORTING.
 
What could be wrong?
