dear amber friends,
when i ran a sander for minimization it give error as follows.
segmentation fault,core dumped.i don't know what it mean. but when i
built parmtop fileand coord file, i can't find any problem.pleas help
me in this regard.i attached the crd file, out file and input file for
minimization.
