Hi Anshul,
I have compiled sander in Windows previously (using the Intel
compiler and Microsoft Visual Studio), so I hope I can help.
The details of what you are doing are not clear to me. Are you
compiling using a tool like Cygwin or directly on Windows using the
Microsoft Visual Studio? If you are using the Visual Studio, what
procedure did you use to import the Makefile?
