Are there any other Antechamber tutorials (other than for Sustiva)?
Maybe one that covers creating a residue with a head/tail (ie amino
acid-like or DNA-like). I've read in the manual you can use prepgen
and a mainchain file to describe which atoms are to be deleted, etc.
Is there an example or tutorial I could follow to better understand it?
