You don't have the compiler "f90" in your PATH, so the compilation cannot
proceed. Note that Amber 8 requires a Fortran 90 compiler: you won't be
able to use the GNU compiler package.

[Note also that you _will_ need to have the GNU version of make, as far as
I understand it, and the GNU version of m4 as well.]
