Hi... I am really new to mmpbsa and am having trouble running the
program... Not knowing anything about pearl scripts doesn't help
either. I am trying to run the example 03_MMPBSA_Binding from the
amber7 program. I get the following error message:
Can't use an undefined value as an ARRAY reference at
/usr/local/amber7/src/mm_pbsa/mm_p
bsa_statistics.pm line 1234.
I looked at that particular line but again it doesn't do me any good.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
