dear amber users,
i was trying to apply bugfix.all to a fresh installation of amber8. it
seems to me that bugfix 17 within this file (bugfix.all) is not working.

i wonder if anyone is also having this problem.
plus bugfix 20 within this file did not properly specify the path to
glycam04EP.dat. User would need to manually provide the file location. Not
a big deal, though.
