Yong Duan reported already this error(?) message:
http://amber.scripps.edu/Questions/mail/308.html

I get this error message on Amber7 running on RH7.2, kernel 2.4.22, mpich
1.2.5.2. Amber and mpich were compiled on Intel compiler 7.1
The job is running on 4nodes, each having a dual Xeon 1.7GHz with 1GB RAM
It looks harmless when the output files are read/written locally. But when NFS
filesystem is used one of the process died giving the final error message:

The procedure where it fails (corpac for this excerpt) changes time to time.

Is is a MPICH issue? P4_GLOBMEMSIZE is fixed to 268435456
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance.
