Dear Amber users,
I am new to amber and i am using AMBER 8.0.
I gotta run MD simulation and when i type sander in the prompt , i am
getting the following as errors
" Unit 5 Error on OPEN: mdin "
or
" Unit 6 Error on OPEN: mdout"
As i am new to AMBER, i really don't know what is wrong...It was working
fine until last week...this error is popping up for the last 4 days and
i am stuck with this...
Can anybody please help me with this error?...I would really really
appreciate your help.
