I did manage to successfully install Amber7 on an IBM RS6000 (4
processors). There are some minor idiosyncrasies I have not figured
out how to put in line yet, but nothing clearly major as far as I can
tell. Most of these problems were solved by installing some patches
that can be found at
http://www.msi.umn.edu/~cpsosa/ChemApps/MolMech/amber/patches/
I think there were some additional problems in the installation, but
try installing the patches first, since they _____may_____ have been
updated since I went though this exercise.
