Dear Amber users,
I would like to make a movie from a amber trajectory file.
To do it, first I have to convert my amber trajectory file into a charmm
trajectory file.
I know that with ptraj I can make such conversion, but I would like to
remove the rotational motion in the charm trajectory file
Is there any way I can do it?
