Dear Amber users,
I am using amber7 in Red Hat Linux 9.0. Both ANAL and MMPBSA can be used to enery analysis for intereactive proteins. As for results from MMPBSA, electrostatic energy can be classified by ELE from gas phase and ELE+PB or ELE+GB from continuum medium. Then, how to understand the difference of electrostatic energy between ANAL and MMPBSA?
