Dear AMBER users,
I would like to reduce the size of the bounding box (periodic BC)
and delete all solvent which doesn't fit inside new box.
Tried "ptraj" module with the "box" command, but it didn't accept my new box
dimensions nor did it delete water residues. How can I do that?
