Hi,
I want to use my own box of solvent to solvate a system (and not
WATBOX216) but I want to use it via Leap. If anyone has experience in doing such a thing I
would appreciate if he/she could point out some things to be careful
about. If there is already somewhere an outline of the things to do to
change WATBOX216 to another box, please let me know
