My question is about the options for ntx in sander, p 94 in the pdf manual
of amber7.
>From the text I understand that ntx can take the values of 1-7, but only
1-6 are explained. Also in p. 92 there is an example where ntx=7 is used.
What is then the effect of assigning ntx=7?
