Dear all Amber users,
I would like to do a principal component analysis on my trajectory.
It seems to me that quasih is doing that but I do not know how to treat
the outputs.
In fact I would like to plot my trajectory onto a plane defined by 2
principal components and
so I need to do a projection of my trajectory on these two components.
Is there a program in Amber7 package doing that ?
