Dear AMBER users!
I try to run step 3 in the section of equilibrating and running DNA of the first
tutorial in AMBER7. But how can I get access to the PME box information? What
does PME-abbreviation stand for?
(Sorry for the basic questions but I'm a new AMBER user!)
