Dear AMBER users,
when I compared prmtop format in AMBER7 manual, page 297, I have found one
extra number on line four: NEXTRA. This number unfortunately does not exist
in AMBER 6 (and previous) prmtop format.
I wander why the specification of old prmtop format has changed from version
6 to version 7. Is there any reason for that?
