Dear fellow ambers,
I have a protein which has 2 disulphide bridges. I changed the
resname from CYS to CYX but still leap doesnt add the bond between the 2
sulphurs and I drew them. Could somebody tell me if that's normal or
leap should add automatically the S-S bridge?
