Hello everyone,
I installed Amber 7 on our SGI, and it showed that "Installation of
Amber7 is complete" when I used either Machine.sgi_mpi or
Machine.sgi_mpi_debug. But both installation resulted the error message
when I run a job:
MPI: could not run executable
mpirun is on our SGI (/bin/mpirun) and the path /bin is in my .cshrc file.
Could anyone tell me what to do to get Amber run?
