Hi;
Could you tell me where I could get a simple working example of how one
would apply the non-bonded pairs portion of the force field equation. i.e.
exactly which values would I use from which file for say a protein backbone
Nitrogen interacting with an Oxygen at another part of the backbone. I am
not interested in the effects of dipole at this time.
