Dear amberusers,
I'm using a truncated octahedron box (TOB) to solvate my system.
At the end of the topology file I have four parameters for the box:
1 Angle and 3 distances (which are equal in my case because of the Iso
option)
my question is how those parameter are related to the TOB ?
Can -I recreate a virtual empty (no water) box using those parameters ?
