I am trying to install AMBER6 on my cluster with myrinet (license is
through Univ. Neb. Medical Center) and keep getting gm library errors
while compiling. I have added our GM libs and includes to the MACHINE
files but still am not having very much luck. Do you have a MACHINE file
for this that might help us?
