Hi, amber users:
After my dynamics simulation, I want to get the movement of certain periods
backbones, so I need to define group such as: Group grp1 ((ATOM NAME
CA)&((RES 3-19)|(RES 20-50))). Does anyone knows can I define that or not.
If I can not define like that, is there other solution for me? Because there
are too many residues in my GROUP. Thanks for any help.
