Gibbs

Hello everybody

I am trying to run Gibbs on a protein (~9000atoms), but first of all
I would like to get familiar with the code practising with smaller
models.

Unfortunately, the manual does not contain so many test cases for
Gibbs. Can anyone direct me to some examples where Gibbs module is
used?
