gb with explicit water molecules

Dear Amber Users,
    I'm running a test on a small protein with GB solvent model. To see
the influence of individual water molecules, I included a few explicit
water molecules into my simulation. Is there any way to make GB happy
with explicit water molecules? They don't seem to stay during the
dynamics. Thanks for your time.
