I am trying to compile AMBER v 6.0 on a Linux machine using gcc. The
compilation aborts when it fails to find a library called "dnet_stubs". At
present, setenv is MACH_AXP_OSF. Is there a MACH_AXP_LINUX that might work
better, or is something else wrong? If you need more information, or
