Post-doctoral position available

The College of Pharmacy at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor is seeking
a highly qualified Postdoctoral Associate to develop and apply computational
methods for the design of inhibitors and the study of structure-function
relationships in proteins related to infectious diseases. Applicants must
have a Ph.D. in theoretical chemistry, biophysics, applied mathematics, or
a related discipline. Previous research involving computer modeling of
biomolecular systems and a strong record of accomplishment, motivation, and
creativity are required. Expertise in the following areas is highly
desirable: protein-ligand docking, molecular dynamics simulations, QM/MM
studies, structural bioinformatics, and/or protein folding. Successful
candidates must be proficient with UNIX operating systems and programming
(FORTRAN, C/C++, or perl).
