Hello,
is an official benchmark version for sander (not sander_classic) in
AMBER 6.0 available? I could only find the benchmark files for AMBER 5.0
on the AMBER web pages. In previous discussion about system performance
(Origin vs. Alpha and 1 GHz AMD) several benchmark results for AMBER 6
where published without referring to the benchmark version used.
