about defining disulfide bond

Dear Amber user

 I want to define disulfide bonds in constructing molecule.
 I used sequence,crosslink,loadpdbusigseq commands in turn,and I had an
error.

error was:
 
 loadPdbUsingSeq: Argument #2 is type Unit must be of type:[list]
 usage: <variable> = loadPdbUsingSeq <filename> <unitList>

 Please tell me how to define it.
