Thanks to all who replied to my mail.
I did give a space before "&cntrl" and "&end" but had ignored the Comment
(or a blank line) at the top, as pointed out by Filip Ryjacek and Michael
Crowley.
Actually, we also have AMBER 6.0 on another machine and the script worked
there without the blank/comment line. It must, hence, be required in
AMBER 5.0
